In 2025, Alabama Shakes made their long-awaited return after more than half a decade, announcing new music and a tour. Our task was to reintroduce the band and develop the branding for their 2025 tour. To honor the anniversary of Sound & Color, their second album, we drew inspiration from the deluxe vinyl edition, incorporating a black-and-white aesthetic with bold pops of color.

The updated logo builds on the original—keeping its thin lines and offbeat character, with a sharper, more modern edge.

To help their admat cut through social media noise, we integrated animation to capture attention and keep viewers engaged longer.


SPOTIFY CANVAS BRANDING

With over 2 million monthly listeners on Spotify, we leveraged Spotify Canvas to reach audiences beyond social media, ensuring fans discovered the band’s return to touring directly within the streaming experience.


ADMAT IN TIMEs SQUARE nyc

The branding extended beyond digital platforms, making an appearance in Times Square in NYC.


SOCIAL MEDIA RELAUNCH

After being away for so long, the band’s social media was outdated and behind. Our goal was to reactive fans and move the band into modern-age social media. In less than 4 months, we were able to grow their IG account by 100k+ followers and make a TikTok with 80K+ followers

I created different categories of content - High Quality, Performance, BTS, and Stand-Out Moments. These categories, alongside recaps + photos, helped to keep the socials interesting and reach different audiences.


2026 Tour

Following the reintroduction of the band into the world, we moved into phase two, re-imagining the world to reflect the current Shakes and bring them into their 2026 era
